What's the status of my order and delivery?

You can track your order and deliveries from My Orders section on Carrybag mobile app. You can change the delivery address any time for a new order.Once you placed an order, you can find tracking information in your order details and if you need to change the delivery address for such orders you can freely reach our customer care team via email at [email protected] or call our customer care directly at 859 02 02 480 to coordinate it.

Can I cancel an order that placed?

Yes, you will be able to cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it, whether payment was made via Cash on Delivery, Visa, Master-card, UPI or Wallets. You will not be able to cancel your order after the 5 minute time frame due to the order already being processed from our partnering merchants. In such a case of an issue with your order you can contact us at [email protected] or call our customer care directly at 859 02 02 480.

Can I explore Carrybag without having to register an account?

Yes, you can. We do have the option of checking Carrybag stores at your neighborhood without having to register an account in Carrybag. Although, we highly recommend that you do so that you are aware of the most recent additions of merchants and promotions that we and our partners will be offering.

Is carrybag.com an Indian website?

Yes, we are an Indian company that is established and operated in Kerala, India. For further inquiries feel free to contact us at [email protected].

Why should I order through Carrybag and not over the phone?

Well, unless you want to go through the hassle of being put through an operator, waiting on hold, going through a whole items or menus over the phone to make up your mind, and then wait blindly for you order to arrive, we recommend that you order through Carrybag. We also let you have visual over the store listings and our couriers after you checkout to you so that you can be informed on all the stages of their progress on the app, from the store to your doorstep.

What if I want to add something to my order after it has been placed?

What times can I order from Carrybag?

We deliver to your doorstep every day from 6:30 AM to 10:00 PM. Ensure store timing also before order to ensure timely delivery.

Why is Carrybag not delivering to the area I live in?

We are currently in the process of expanding into all areas in Kerala state in India and will be working with the stores closest to your location to ensure that you have a pleasant experience ordering through us.

When will I get my refund?

Usually in about 1-2 weeks. Most refunds are fully refunded within 7 days after the seller receive and process your return. Carrybag will initiate the payment processing soon after the resolutions are settled.

What types of payments does Carrybag accept?

To provide you with the best possible experience we do accept all types of payment, Cash on Delivery, VISA, Master-card, UPI and Wallets., apart from all these Carrybag offers you flexibility to pay via your UPI wallets while delivery. Making your life easier is how we roll.

What happens if there is a mistake in my order?

Our trained customer care agents will assist you to ensure that you have a pleasant experience from the time your order is placed to the time that it gets to your doorstep. How is my ordered items delivered to me?

Once you place an order through any of our platforms, one of our trained delivery agent assigned for the store will automatically be routed to the seller you ordered from, pick up your order, and ride along to your place to deliver it.

Can I place an order for a later time?

No, currently you can not. We are working on the the functionality of ordering for a later time or the next day for the time that suits you, we are expecting this to be done by Q4 2020. Meanwhile you can keep the desired items in cart even from the closed stores for the day and can place order as and when you need it.

Does Carrybag offer replacements and exchanges?

If you received a damaged or defective item, you can request a return or replacement of the exact item from order details page within 2 hours of delivery and anytime after 2 hours you can contact support to register your request. Carrybag will coordinate If you would like to exchange an item for another, you can exchange for a different size or color or for an item from the same store.

Can I use Carrybag?

If you are an adult with 18 years or more and accepts the terms of use and privacy policy, you can use Carrybag website and Carrybag services. If you are not agree to the conditions mentioned immediately uninstall the application and stop using any or all the Carrybag services.

How I can sell my products on Carrybag?

Carrybag.com is a marketplace for the Brick and Mortar retailers who are willing expand their customer base using the latest technological advancements. If you are one of them, of course you can list your store on Carrybag platform and start selling. You can visit www.carrybag.com for more information on onboarding and listing your store.

What if my order is late?

Carrybag will try their best to be as prompt as it can be. Our system will ensure that the driver will be routed to the shortest and route of less resistance. With that, sometimes things are out of our control and can cause an unexpected delay. We will always try to be proactive and inform you in advance if your delivery were to not reach you within the estimated time of arrival and will ensure that it'll get to you in the fastest possible manner.

How do I order through Carrybag?

Carrybag offers customers multiple portals to order from. These portals are a means for Carrybag’s partnering stores to display their catalogues (descriptive and pictorial)

Carrybag is a high-quality platform with a diverse selection of neighborhood stores. This selection of stores range from local corner stores to high end brand outlets. Carrybag showcasing a range of resellers from Groceries, Eateries, Butcheries, Fisheries, Poultries, Dairies and more.

What is Carrybag.com return policy?

Most items ordered from Carrybag.com and the Carrybag mobile applications are from your neighborhood stores. All the information to reach out the sellers in Carrybag platform is displayed in the seller profile section. You can easily schedule a return as and when you face an issue with the delivered product or service. Usually for most of the items purchased carry a satisfaction policy and the normal return window will apply, which is usually varying from 2 hrs ~ 2 days from the date of receipt of shipment based on the product.
